SAUTéED TENDERSTEM BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS:

Serves 2:

+ Pack of tenderstem broccoli (200g approx)
+ 2 tsp. Coconut oil
+ 1 tsp. Sesame seeds
+ Salt and pepper to taste

Optional:

+ Roots and Shoots Kerala Aubergine Curry

METHOD:

STEP 1:

Heat a pan over medium heat, add the coconut oil, add the broccoli to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring a couple of times with a spatula. Add to a serving dish, season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

STEP 2 (OPTIONAL):

Heat your Roots and Shoots Kerala Aubergine Curry according to the pot instructions, and serve with your sautéed tenderstem broccoli ! 😊
