Roots and Shoots was founded out of the need for tasty & healthy, plant-based meals that could be eaten on the go. Whether you’re a full-time vegan or choosing one or two days a week to be meat-free our meal bowls and soups are packed full of hearty goodness and mouth-watering flavours.

Our vegan meal bowls bring vegan fine dining out of the cafes + restaurants, and into the home. We designed these delicious, nutritious dishes to eat as they are, or style them your way. All of our dishes are gluten and nut free, and naturally low in calories.
Have You Tried Our Award-Winning soups?
These award-winning, plant-based and vegan soups have been a hit since they launched in early 2019. Inspired by global flavours, we packed these soups with veg to nourish . Like our meal bowls, our soups are low in calories, nut and gluten free.
WE SOURCE LOCALLY
Roots and Shoots is based in Galway, and we source within Ireland whenever it is possible (season depending!), to remain sustainable and support Irish vegetable farmers. 🙂

Our mission is to make great vegan and plant based foods using fresh, wholesome ingredients, prepared just before we cook to make sure we retain all of their lovely flavours and nutrients. 🙂 We strive to always minimise food waste, and to source our ingredients within Ireland whenever possible. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and we are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability! And, to make sure no-one is left out, our meals are animal produce, gluten, and nut free, + naturally low in calories.
